Design Services: Full refunds are available if conditions are met. Conditions apply.
Custom Packages: Refunds may not apply to custom packages.
Finalized Designs: No refunds after design approval or during finalization.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not available if:
Design concepts are approved.
Revisions are requested or completed.
The project is live or completed.
Contact was not made within 2 weeks of order.
Refund request is made after the refund period.
Partial Refunds
Project Duration: 50% refund if the project is ongoing for 25 days. 30% refund if over 35 days.
Service Bundles: Refunds are only for the specific service, not the entire bundle.
